We do enjoy staying at the Fairmont, this is now our second stay. The massage received was excellent and very relaxing, unfortunately the men's spa pool is closed currently which was a shame. We experienced a cleanliness issue in the bathroom, front office was made aware and an apology was given/corrected.

The hotel is very old and worn out, and there is no comfort at all. The air conditioner is very noisy but does not cool properly. The service is extremely bad with a lot of delays — we requested items and no one delivered them until the next day. I was staying at this hotel for relaxation, but I was not comfortable at all. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience.
