We love it here! Travelling with our special needs adult son is challenging but Randy and Mayra made us feel at home; they’re extremely kind and accommodating. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, family friendly with beautiful trails close by. Mayra and Randy truly enjoy running their suite, they go the extra mile! We've already booked a second stay. Mayra and Randy will be our go-to for when we visit North Van!

Cute cottage. Very close to Lynn Canyon park. Good bed and coffee. The only improvement is ligting. There is not a cozy feeling. The super bright lights make it feel like an interrogation room.

Beautiful location, a short easy walk from several popular trails and 15-20 min walk from village centre. Very welcoming space. Super clean, good instructions and easy to find. Host was helpful and quick to answer messages. Only two nitpicks are: we had some difficulty parking since the road is already packed with cars and also would have liked some more smaller lamps in the main room (bedside lamps or similar) since the ceiling lights are incredibly bright and the windows don't let in much light this time of year.

The host was very quick to respond on all contacts. The suite was very clean and quiet. A few steep stairs to enter if you have mobility issues . Close to hiking trails and bike routes. Parking is a bit tight on the street, but not a busy road so its ok . I recomend this suite to anyone .

The place was a basement condo located in North Vancouver that was well maintained and super adorable, with backyard access for the dogs. We were welcomed with a delicious loaf cake that paired well with our morning coffee. After tent camping for 6 nights being able to stay here was a pleasure. The bed was soft and the projector for watching TV was a nice treat. The suite is in a good central location where you can drive to shops or head a bit more north to Lynn Regional Park for hiking trails. Mayra and Randy are very sweet individuals and we had a wonderful chat with Mayra on our way out. Parking on the street is inconvenient as owners routinely had 2-3 cars in the driveway. While a guest can park on the driveway, that vehicle would have to be moved to the street to allow owners vehicles out of the driveway.

The property was as advertised. It had everything we needed including quality mountain bikes. The property is close to an amazing trail system and is only a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants and groceries are all close by. We visited Squamish and Shannon falls, again this place is close to everything!The hosts were very responsive and answered our numerous questions. Very clean suite with anything you'd need. They even have a projector screen TV. Owners were lovely and very responsive. They even made is blueberry and chocolate bread. We’ll absolutely be staying again.
