Super Aufenthalt

Unterkunft war sauber, die Lage ist 1a um die wunderschöne Altstadt zu erkunden. Das Haus ist typisch Altbau verwinkelt und trotzdem modern eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse hat einen Sichtschutz, so dass man nach dem Saunieren entspannt Draußen sitzen kann. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief super. Gerne wieder!

Mehr als ein Ferienhaus in historischen Gemäuern

Unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Dazu muss man wissen, das Objekt ist sehr wertig ausgestattet und hoch entwickelt und liegt sehr schön und zentral.

Wunderbare Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben rein gar nichts vermisst. Für 6 Personen waren zwei Schlüssel was knapp. Die Wohnung ist technisch perfekt, sauber und jeder findet seine Privatsphäre. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die schöne Dachterrasse war wegen vollen und kaputten Aschenbecher, Kerzenstummeln, etc. wenig einladend. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Der Standard der Einrichtung ist auf sehr hohem Niveau jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem der Staub in den Schränken und auf dem Boden bildete ein Novum. Ebenfalls wäre es ratsam, zwischen 2 Vermietungen die Funktion von Verbrauchsmaterial (2 Glühbirnen waren defekt) zu überprüfen. Über eine Erneuerung der Stühle im Essbereich sollte man dringend nachdenken, da sich hier schon das Kunstleder ablöst. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind im hohen Standard und bieten höchsten Luxus. Alles in allem war die Wohnung jedoch insgesamt in Ordnung und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt in einem historischen Haus. Dadurch schön urig, hervorragend und sehr hochwertig renoviert und eingerichtet. Kontakt zum Vermieter hervorragend, schnelle Rückmeldung und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Danke und sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben ein wunderbares Vorweihnachts-Wochenende in Dinkelsbühl verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet - hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Ich wünschte, ich hätte so eine tolle Küche bei mir daheim :-) Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende!

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Für eine Städtetour wunderschön gelegenes, historisches Haus / Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll , modern und trotzdem mit historischem Flair restauriert. Eine super Ausstattung, die nichts vermissen lässt. Vor allem die großzügige Küche ist ein Traum. Alles top sauber. Wir haben uns mit zwei befreundeten Paaren über die Faschingstage, trotz nicht so tollem Wetter, sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfekt

Wunderschönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Stadt. Bäcker und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und kombiniert perfekt den Flair der Altstadt mit einer modernen Ausstattung, die nichts vermissen lässt. Ideal ist die Nutzung der Garage, so dass die Parkplatzsuche entfällt. Wir haben uns zu viert (2 Kinder) sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Tipp: unbedingt einen Kaffee in der Rösterei Maaßen probieren. Der Genuss eines frisch gerösteten Kaffees in einem kleinen Hof unter einen Birnbaum ist einfach traumhaft.

Wunderschönes, modernisiertes Fachwerkhaus mit allem Drum und Dran in der Altstadt von Dinkelsbühl

Nach der Weihnachtszeit, im frühen Januar, sind wir mit 4 Personen angereist um 3 erholsame Tage in Dinkelsbühl zu verbringen. Der Ersteindruck hielt sich durchweg bis zur Abfahrt - nämlich überaus positiv. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Altstadt ist sehr schön in einer Seitenstraße der Pfarrei St. Georg gelegen. Alle Geschäfte der Altstadt und auch die Einkaufszentren sind im Nu erreichbar. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben gemütliche Betten und einen guten Abstand zueinander. Die 2 Badezimmer sind top-modern. In der Küche, im Essbereich und im Wohnzimmer ist alles da was man für die Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und es gibt einen Kamin. Der große Esstisch lädt zu Spielabenden ein. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön wenn Schnee liegt und Gaststätten zum Einkehren gibt es zahlreich. Das malerische Rothenburg ob der Tauber haben wir ebenfalls an einem Tag besichtigt, da die Autofahrt nicht lang war. Wir alle haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und waren uns einig dass wir gerne zu einem Revival im Sommer herkommen. Absolute Empfehlung von uns wenn man Dinkelsbühl besuchen möchte!
