The hotel had a policy of full housekeeping services for guests staying 4 nights or more. We stayed 7 nights and they came every other day, didnt take the trash out, didnt make one of the beds on the first time they came, didnt clean the kitchen and didnt replenished toilet paper. The front desk people most of the time were rude and not helpful. The breakfast was very poor in options and the food was really bad, there werent enough tables to sit at and the area to dispose the plates after eatingwas often full and gross

A great location for skiing, groceries, movies, and shopping; amazing Christmas decorations, scenic restaurant, a great hot tub in the snow, good breakfast and coffee all day. Loved having a kitchenette. Parking is extra and a bit tight at times. Cleaning was a bit lacking first few days (I guess during holidays) but any issues were corrected asap when needed. Would return and will recommend.

The rooftop bar/restaurant with amazing food & drinks & views, the outdoor hot tub in the snow with amazing mountain views, and the close proximity to four ski resorts made this place well worth the money. My only complaint is the old showerhead with weak water pressure. Everything else was updated/new.
