My staff arrived to no paper products of any kind not sure if there is a cleaning company that forgot to restock, but they did have to go out at 8:30 at night. I purchased toilet paper, paper towel, and Kleenex.Adam was made aware of this, and he apologized, just very inconvenient.

This is a basically furnished apartment in a large complex. It was clean. However, when we arrived, the bathroom sink was broken and when you turned it on, it’s spilled water all over the back and the floor. We informed the owner immediately of this problem on Thursday night when we arrived. On Monday it was still not fixed. I contacted him again and finally someone came to fix it on Wednesday, six days after we arrived. It was the only bathroom, and the only sink. He said on Thursday that he was putting in a maintenance request. I can’t understand why he simply did not call a plumber. Everything else was fine on the rental, but that was very inconvenient and unacceptable. Renters need a working bathroom sink.

Wonderful property

This is the 2nd property I've used to stay in and couldn't be happier about the experience. This apartment is upgraded with fresh furtniture and fixtures. It is big enough, but yetnice and cozy. Very convenient to dowtown Rochester Hills and just the perfect place to stay!

Great for Price Point

The space is decorated nicely, great value. Very close to a lot of spots we needed access to. I like having two full beds in the one room. Would like to see better pans for cooking. Also, another couch in such a large space would add so much for the comfort as well.

Awesome sauce

Very good stay, nobody bothered us, nice people living there to hold open doors and comfy beds , very travel friendly and in a good area for everything. Distances were reasonable for location :) also awesome water pressure.
