"Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations. The room was comfortable, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were generally well maintained.
However, I did experience a minor issue in the hotel restaurant. The food delivery was delayed significantly, and when it finally arrived, one of the dishes was only partially warm. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. While the staff did apologize, the delay and temperature of the food affected the overall dining experience.
That said, I appreciate the hospitality and hope this was a one-off incident. I would consider staying again, but I hope the restaurant service is more consistent next time."
