Management company's pre-check-in emails were rude and unnecessary, focusing on items I didn't inquire about. On check-in day, emails provided incorrect entry code and parking details. Despite this, we managed to sort it out before the office closed. Kitchen was well-equipped but lacked dish soap and had only two trash bags. Front door didn't lock properly, but building security wasn’t an issue. No checkout instructions in the unit; received knocks on the door exactly at 10am despite planning to leave slightly later. When inquiring about trash bags and dish soap, was told it was my responsibility, which seemed unreasonable. Overall, property management needs improvement.
