This recently renovated condo has a view of the Gulf waters from a private balcony off of the living room and new hardwood floors and bathrooms. The condo is open and spacious with a comfortable contemporary living feel. The living room features a very nice sofa and loveseat, one of which opens up to a queen sofa bed. For your convenience, you will find the kitchen beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances and equipped with the full complement of housewares for meal preparation. Your guests will enjoy the queen bed, with designer bedding. The primary bedroom features a lovely king bed, nicely appointed bedding, Pergo flooring, and access to the private primary bathroom. You may also make use of two DVD players in the condo with free DVD rentals available in our Vacasa Office.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
