This was a great experience. Everything was very clean. Advertising of the property was spot on. Location is centralized to local establishments. Stayed two nights birthday weekend. Beds were super comfortable, very modern. Shower was superb. On-site Cafe breakfast was delish.

Too many rules! Plus they only had 3 elevators going and only 2 the day we left. Wait times could be upwards of 30 minutes. Did I mention too many rules!! We won’t be back!!

Great view but experience was lacking

My family booked this condo for a three night stay. The photos online gave an appearance of newness that you don’t get at the condo. The view was lovely, but you can’t hear the ocean for the pools water fountain unfortunately. We dealt with two broken elevators all week which made the movement around the building somewhat difficult. We also dealt with very loud and angry people on the beach, watching security get called out twice. This has nothing to do with the condo, I understand, but in staying in Destin for multiple years now, have never dealt with these kinds of issues before. I will say that the guard at the entry gate was extremely easy to deal with and we did have cleanliness issues at check in that were dealt with immediately. All in all it was an ok stay, but not somewhere I would choose to stay again based on previous experiences.

Awesome beach getaway

Great condo! Super clean and comfortable w great sunrise view. Beach bar makes excellent drinks. Only draw back was the beach was small for the number of guest, even in the off season.

Property Needs a Facelift

Was a bit disappointed with the way the second bathroom looked. Although the shower was amazing once we figured out all the knobs, the bathroom was small and needed a fresh coat of paint. The previous guests left frozen salmon in the freezer and we needed additional place mates for a six seater main dinning table.

Bare bones but nice

Overall, a nice property. One shower tricky to use, rusted, and water stained. Decor minimal and deck is in need of more comfortable seating and a table. No ice maker. No games or rainy day activities provided. I would stay at the resort again but not necessarily this property. Communication was all automated and only a land line is provided to call if there is an issue. When called, I left a message and I got no response.

Wish we stayed longer!

It was just what we were looking for! We had four adults and a 5 week old baby with us. The bedrooms were good sized and bathrooms were nice and clean. There was a pack n play there when we arrived that was not mentioned in the description. Good information to know if you’re traveling from out of state and flying. Would definitely come back.
