We arrived in late and the check in process was ok. The attendant at the front desk seemed very irratated with questions I was asking. Arriving to the unit was easy access. Once inside the unit was fairly clean. When walking on the floors you could tell there was sand or crumbs on the floor. I went to use the broom and it was broken. Received the check in paperwork from Shannon few days upon arrival and in there it was disclosed that personal beach chairs HAD to be set up beyond the 3 rows of chairs that you had to purchase if you wanted to be closed to the water and they do not budge on that! Saw several people getting removed from the area. I would have never booked this if knowing this before I booked for I was past my cancellation time once this was disclosed . We decided to rent chairs and umbrella for a day thinking we could be water front, nope! The chair tenant told us those are booked a year in advance so we're forced to sit in the next row which wr would of just brought our own down that we had brought but by this time I was to Irratated to go back up to the room. There was black mold on the ceilings in the bathroom and along the shower. I recommend a dehumidifier . Once addressed the maintenance guy was quick to come up but no communication that he we would be up from Shannon . This would of be nice to know he was on his way up for we were about to leave and do not like people accessing the place we are at. When stripping the beds today; the pillows were yellow
