Enjoy the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast in this getaway perfect for families or small groups! Freshly remodeled kicked up to the next notch in luxury beach homes.

Located in the elite community of Destiny East and just minutes to the beach. We supply the beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas & towels... You supply the sunblock and laughter. It's a recipe for the perfect vacation in this bright and open 4 bedroom home. Our property manager is local and is never more than a phone call away. They will check in on you and can answer any questions, give restaurant recommendation, point you in the right direction for the shopping outing, Etc.

If you do encounter a summer shower, how about a movie on the overstuffed sectional and wide screen TV or a BBQ on the covered patio. There is an extra bottle of gas in case one goes empty in the middle of dinner.

Prepare a meal in the gourmet eat in kitchen equipped with modern appliances, quartz countertops and a big breakfast bar. Watch your favorite show in the family room just off of the kitchen so you don't miss any of the action.

Two bedrooms are located on the west side of the home, the principle on the east and the bunk room in the middle. The master bedroom has a king bed with silver chill mattress to keep you cool on those hot summer days. Double doors from the master open up onto the back porch.

The primary bathroom 70 inch soaker tub, oversized vanity w/ dual sinks, walk in marble tiled shower and spacious closet.

The bunkroom features a full sized mattress & three twin memory foam beds. A second full bathroom is just across the hallway and has a tiled walk in shower with access to the backyard.

The other two bedrooms each have queen sized mattresses and beachy decor. The shared full bathroom is beautifully remodeled with tub/shower combo and tiled surround, vanity with dual sinks and quartz counters.

You have full access to two luxurious pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a full size workout facility and playground.

Discover all that Destin has to offer, including boat rentals, water sports, deep sea fishing charters, sunset cruises, and top rated attractions like the Big Kahunas Waterpark. Try out the Crab Trapp, Pompano Joes, and the Whale's Tail. There are tons of dining options right on the beach. Grab a cup of Bad Ass coffee in the morning. There is no shortage of things to do nearby.

**Low Monthly Winter Rates- Not Available to Guests under age 25** Snowbird season runs January to February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Jan-Feb is 3000/month + taxes/fees.

Great vacation

We normally only go to Destin in the summer but fall break is our new favorite time. The house was very nice and the location was good. At first we thought it was a little too far from the beach, but we found a little short cut and it was a nice walk. My husband drove to the beach and met us with our beach gear. The beach access was great and right next to the Crab Trap so the girls could get drinks and food. Lou was great, and very responsive. The house was a little short on cookware, probably because it was the end of the season. I told him I was going to buy a brownie pan and he said to keep the receipt and he would reimburse me. I thought that was really great. The pool was nice, but I wish it had a snack bar with snacks and drinks. Otherwise it was a relaxing break from the beach. Overall, it was a great vacation and I would definitely stay there again!

Property is minutes from the beach. Even with little ones the walk wasnt bad and its better than looking for parking or worse paying for it. The community amenities were easily accessible and quick walk or cart ride. The house has plenty of space and master bath....wow!!! A week was not long enough. Great place and location.

Hot water shower

We had some problem with the hot water. Sometimes the shower would stay cold for over 15 minutes when there is hot water at the faucet. This occurred at the kitchen sink, the master bath shower, and the small guest bathroom shower. We notified the property manager.

The house is beautiful and very well equiped. Our family of 10 made several meals without an issue. We also used the gas grill on the patio and had a great meal. The best part was how responsive Luo, the property manager, was. He came over to make sure everything was as we expected and responded within an hour if anything needed to be fixed. We had a great time.

BOOK IT!!

I cannot say enough great things about this stay. Absolutely everything was wonderful! The home is located in a gated community, which itself is a view. Great access to the beach, scenic walks, and the silence at night (chef's kiss). This truly was our home away from home for a weekend. My daughter loved her "home." Our host was attentive, responsive, and overall the best. My grandparents, mother, and spouse all enjoyed Kenley's Cottage. It was worth every penny and more.

Good location and access to the beach. Nice pickleball courts and pool in gated community. Unfortunately, not enjoyable to sit on back porch as the view is a tiny yard with dead grass and a massive recent remodel next door. Old food and trash found under couches in living room. Small living room and not a great hang out space for larger group of adults/teens. Property owner was responsive when contacted. Best feature is access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

The PERFECT Beach House

Our stay was AMAZING! We could not say enough good things about this house and the property manager! SUPER nice and helpful! The house is in the perfect location! A simple 3 minute ride to the beach that really only feels like 1 minute! Within 10 minutes, you have left the house and you are set up in a perfect spot on the beach! The house is also in the middle of Destin commons and silver sands outlets! The pool and playground at the clubhouse are amazing as well! All in all, 10 out of 10!

Beauty and Serene!

We needed a getaway before the holidays so some friends and I planned an impromptu workcation. There was enough space that we were all able to work efficiently. The neighborhood is stunning and warranted us to enjoy the beauty and take daily strolls. The pictures don’t do this place justice! While it is a luxury stay, it also gives a very comfortable and home feel. The decor is beautiful. It is well equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. We had no issues. The checkin was an easy process. The owners left a detailed book of requirements and area suggestions. The property is very close to everything you need to include the beach. (That’s why we go to FL right?) 😀 I love the guestbook idea. We’d definitely come back! You can run/walk the neighborhood, go to the fitness center or just have tea on the patio. Thank you Lou for opening your property for vacationers!
