Great location, secure, well appointed space
Property was great and well maintained. The golf cart was super convenient to the parking for beach access right across the street from the neighborhood. Though, it's a pretty easy walk of about 10 minutes. The pool, basketball and tennis courts were a very short walk away. A really great feature is the pond right out back. My son liked to fish off the deck. If we had any areas for improvement it wouldn't be much. The TV in the main room is pretty small, but we didn't come to the beach to watch TV. The couches need to be upgraded or cleaned, at least. They were stained and not very appealing. Alot of sand in the garage from the beach chairs and toys, but I'm not sure how they could fix that with all the guests coming and going and putting things away still sandy.The price was fair and the beach was "destin nice" (that's good). We would definitely stay here again. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was really the couches. Everything else was as listed and a great stay!
