Realjoy vacations was responsive in booking this condo and very interactive with us to ensure that our stay was good. The condo was very nice. The only issues that we had with the property was that the walls were very thin so we could hear those in units above, and beside us, and the condo was very warm compared to what we were used to. There was a note on the air conditioning unit that said do not turn the thermostat lower than 70, although it was so warm that we were sweating at night. The constant texts, and emails from Realjoy about the vacation was aggravating after a while, but the condo itself was nice!

This unit is amazing! We loved the furnishings & the layout of the unit, the view is beautiful and it takes almost no time to get to the pools and the beach. Not sure if this way all the time, but when we were there the beach was not crowded at all. Our family had a wonderful time and would love to come back again. This is a great family spot.

We had an amazing stay at this Destin condo! The unit was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking — we enjoyed stunning sunrises and sunsets from the balcony, and even saw dolphins swimming by, which was such a highlight of our trip.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pool was listed as heated, but it was not heated during our stay in January. We specifically chose this property for that amenity and would have booked differently if we had known. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great, fantastic, amazing view. The rest, not as great as expected. Water marks on the ceiling of a couple of rooms and the first bathroom on the right in the hallway, destroyed non-stick pans, generalized disrepair throughout the unit. The check in system is weird, and off site. The communication with the manager of the property was somewhat prompt but the messages came through garbled half the time. Didnt endow me with a sense of comfort having to download or log in to their super special app/site to read messages without a cypher. The facilities outside the unit were beautiful and well taken care of, a fantastic pool and great beach team. Would go back to Silver Beach for sure, but not this unit.

Great location

This was perfect for our family. Pool and beach access were so convenient. I loved eating on the balcony table. The pictures do not do the views justice. Some mornings we saw dolphins swimming by. It was conveniently located to groceries and restaurants. Check in and check out were very easy.

Wonderful vacation!

We are very happy with our vacation!! The only complaint we have is the washer and dryer need to be replaced the washer would fail to wash multiple times and you would have to run the dryer multiple times to dry a load. The coffee pot was also a hassle, but other than these issues it was a wonderful suite!

Great Location

The location is amazing, very close to everything. We had to stop at different location for the keyfob, which wasn’t far. It would’ve been easier if it were at the location of the condo. I messaged the property manager via VRBO for a couple of things and didn’t get any response back (wifi wasn’t working and extra key fob). Overall great location, close to everything (restaurants and stores), and of course beach!!
