We came as a Family of 8. We were having a wonderful trip until we lost one of the ONLY 2 fobs NEEDED to do anything from coming & going, accessing the pool, beach etc. Yes it was our fault for not keeping a better eye on the fob. However, the stretchy wrist band that it came on was SO STRETCHED OUT (buy a new one… how much could a stretch plastic wrist band COST??) that it had to be kept in a pocket. They expect 8 people to come & go in groups of 2. Maybe if we only had children, but we were 7 adults who made up 4 separate groups. So between trying to work off just 2 fobs was BAD ENOUGH, but on our FIRST NIGHT there the stretched out band fob fell out of a pocket. Spent the next morning tearing the condo from room to room in search of it. Finally was told there was a lost in found in the garage. ONLY to find out that REALJOY rental company picked it up????!!!??? WHAT?! WHY? Why wouldn’t you check what unit it went to & bring it to the unit??? Call & have us come get it???!!! It was Horrible & when we finally got thru to RealJoy rental company we were unfortunate enough to get Rude Jessica who before we left to come on our trip TOOK 2 days & NEVER GOT BACK TO ME ABOUT THE EMAIL SHE SENT ME with a non-working link & code to rent chairs & umbrella . I had to call around 3 times to finally get help from (I think a Justin or something, he was so NICE & UNDERSTANDING) Jessica was unprofessional, snippy and never did anything she said she would do. NEVER WILL I RENT FROM REALJOY
