We stayed at Casa Blanco for a weekend getaway with friends. The location is convenient, which is a plus for us as locals who book beach stays often.Unfortunately, several maintenance and cleanliness issues impacted our stay. There was heavy paint overspray covering much of the bedroom TV, multiple lamps were unusable due to missing knobs, and several door knobs and fixtures were rusted. One rusted door catch plate even prevented the balcony doors from locking properly. We also found broken light switches and outlets, clogged sinks, dirty walls/trim/floor corners, and very low water pressure. Some of the girls struggled just to rinse their hair, and one avoided washing hers again because it took too long. The outdoor space also needs attention. The deck furniture felt dirty, unstable, and uninviting, and all of the beach chairs were broken and unusable. The loft bunk setup was also misleading. The listing photos make it appear to be standard twin beds, but they require climbing a very tall ladder and have an extremely low ceiling clearance. The third-floor loft became unbearably hot, causing a couple of girls to leave and stay elsewhere. We also never received check-in instructions and had to contact the company ourselves. To be fair, we did not report the issues during the stay, so management did not have the opportunity to address them at the time. The house has potential, but it needs significant attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and accuracy in the listing
