Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #903 is a very spacious newly remodeled two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 9th floor of the Breakers East on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30' balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary high-speed Cox cable internet access-WIFI.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

We spent 6 days and had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable, plenty of linens. The beach was perfect! Not crowded at all and the beach service was awesome! We met wonderful people as well. Everyone was relaxed and so laid back.I also just to mention how wonderful the property manager Carolyn was. Great stay - power went out multiple times which caused elevator not to work - we had to make several trips via stairs which was not good - Had pickleball/ tennis on property. Close to everything . Beach was great!
