Family Florida Vacation

Very nice accommodations. View of the ocean was outstanding. Pools and hot tubs were a great hit. The resort was very clean and well kept.

Great location, great views, overall nice but a little small.

Do not bet on getting into your room early, the property manager (Vacasa, not pelican beach management) would not let us in until 4pm even though the front desk checked us in and the room was clean and ready. The room itself is clean, updated, and has a great view. It’s does need some fixing, the second bathroom shower has a crack in the pan and the shower head sprays water on the wall. The master bed has beat the wall up quite a bit. The ceilings were pretty dusty. But nothing major that takes away from the trip. This room does not have in unit laundry, there’s coin operated on the same floor however. This unit says it would sleep six people but any more than parents and 2 maybe 3 kids would be very very tight. Would recommend planning to purchase the beach service chairs as they take up the entire beach and leave no room for private setups, which was about $50 a day. The pool areas looked very nice but we didn’t personally use them.

4.5 rating Thank you for the stay. I will plan reserve the the same place for our next vacay. They were able to provide extra towels and blankets. Able to fix the dishwasher on time.

Beware of house rules not listed when you book

House rules and threats of fines and being evicted at checkin should be listed before you book. We go to the beach twice a year and have never had a condo dictate our vacation like this. Plus it had mold growing fron the air vents. Beware....

Dirty and lots of things broken

This place is very dirty and lots of broken things. Screen door, outlets didn't function. Master bath didn't drain, toilet didn't work, sink didn't drain. We used the secondary bathroom. Overall the location and condo are great. Location was great and beach and pool access were great. This place needs some major updates and a top to bottom deep clean. Our friends stayed in another unit for the same price and it was top notch. For the amount of money this place was definitely not worth the money.

Need better cleaning

Bunk bed sheets had makeup on them and dirt. Tub in main bath still became stopped up. Needed some touch up paint through out as well. One lamp in bedroom did not work. Yet, we were very pleased with check in though, they let us in an hour early and we really appreciated that! The view was amazing too!

Very disappointed

Place was not very clean Appliances did not work Electricity on half of condo did not work Air conditioning was down for 2 days Elevators were out. Had to walk down 12 floors Ditigal key lock malfunction. Was told they could not find my accommodations for condo Had to lie to them to get a key code to get in room Master bed was old and lumpy. Not a single good nights sleep. I won’t be back

When I arrived the check in process was fairly smooth .. got into the room it was ok the sheets in the bedroom was not clean so I had to go purchase a set of sheets bed sleeps horribly… one side of mattress is higher than the other side so my daughter kept rolling to one side very uncomfortable…. Definitely need replacing

Great Family Vaca

Enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms and updated kitchen. Close to things my grandkids enjoyed doing. Only complaint, Master shower would not drain properly. Would definitely stay again.

Great View!

Absolutely loved the gorgeous ocean view, and the condo had everything needed for our stay. However, it could use some updating and better maintenance. The toilets didn’t flush properly and my husband wasn’t able to take a shower in the master bath due to standing water that wouldn’t drain. Cleanliness wasn’t the best either. Do not look up at the shower head in the second bath: very dirty. We didn’t call management because the resort was so busy, so that is on us.

Clean but Needs Updating

This condo is clean, in a great location, and has a beautiful gulf view from the balcony/living area. However, it is showing its age and needs updates. The bed is lumpy, the bedding/sheets are old and very sratchy, the sofa is old and needs replaced, the drain stopper doesn’t work in the master bath or tub, the lighting is not good on the entire unit. I have owned vrbo properties myself, and with a little effort this could be a five star property.

Over crowded resort
