On the ground floor, a spacious and welcoming living area develops, where the living room with sofa bed and large flat-screen TV harmoniously integrates with the modern kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances, including the dishwasher. From here, you can directly access the private garden, a well-maintained and pleasant space, furnished with a dining area and relaxation zone ideal for enjoying outdoor moments in total tranquillity.
