This was a near perfect spot for our soccer weekend stay. The staff was great directing us to the ice machines and water fillers they understood we would need. There was plenty of space in the lobby for team parents to hang out at night, a great pool and outdoor area for kids, a nice fitness center. The rooms were so spacious, had a blue tooth speaker and plenty of plug ins, very modern, and clean. It was nearly perfectly set up for team stays. The biggest downside is that they don’t provide a continental breakfast.

Pros: Cool new modern property within walking distance to new music hall. Spacious rooms with big TV’s, good staff. Con: Reserved a room 3 weeks in advance with a King bed but got changed to a double bed room without notice, and said they were really busy? Not cool.

This hotel isn’t for the faint of heart. While it is gorgeous, and front desk staff were excellent, it’s the rooms. If you’re staying with a friend or acquaintance you’re about to know them real well. The toilet area has the sliding barn doors with no lock and won’t stay closed. I don’t know who decided putting those in hotels was great but it’s not. Then the sink and shower area are wide open with no way to block them off and on the wall across from them is a gigantic mirror so whomever is sitting on the other side can see whatever you’re doing and whatever state of undress you’re in. Zero privacy. We stayed as a family and while the beds were comfy, our kids didn’t need to be seeing any of that and even they were uncomfortable. If no privacy screen can be put up, at the very least that mirror needs to go! There’s also no microwave if you’re looking for one. There is a charge for breakfast (which we did know about) but for the price of the room, and if the hotel has breakfast options, it should always be included.

The bathroom shower door was not hung correctly and would get caught on the floor, making it hard to open and close. It was glass, so concerned about it breaking every time I opened and closed. Also, there was no bathroom privacy as there was no door on the bathroom, completely open. I was staying in a double queen room and was traveling with people I would like to have had privacy from while in the bathroom. Poor hotel room design and planning. If it was a room designed for a single person, then it would have made sense.

We had a fabulous stay! We had three rooms for three families. Six adults and six children. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We also rented the conference room for gathering. The bartender was so nice! Enjoyed the pool. Great place to stay. ECCELLENT!

This property was very attractive. The lobby was beautiful and the person greeting us was very friendly. When we got to our room it was evident that fashion was more important than function and usefulness to travelers. The seating area was cute but made me think of a childs' kitchen set. No coffee pot. Table between beds was small and had a large radio on it making it useless to hold our personal items like chargers, ipad and phones. Shower and sink was open to front door area. Toilet was in a large closet with space for a table for extra TP etc. but none was there. The TP was under the sink in the front area outside. Minimal privacy to take a shower - not good. Just a room divider between bed and bathroom area that was completely open to the door if my husband went in or out while I was getting ready. The TV didn't work so we used my I pad to watch TV with SLING. No breakfast was available but there was a McDonalds across the parking lot.The fancy fridge was not cold. For the price we paid (expensive) it was disappointing.
