They charge for parking even though there is no reason to. There are tons of spaces all around. Theres no reason other people will leave their cars there. And they charge you tax on the parking.

My only complaint is a $50 hold on my debit card. I don't mind paying a security deposit but I looked and I was never notified of this fee during the reservation process. We have checked out, the hold hasn't been released, and I'm concerned because of the lack of transparency

Sleep Inn Denver would not give us a refund for our stay due to our flight being cancelled. We had purchased the insurance so we could cancel if something came up, but they still would not honor this and refund our money.

Room 303 has some kind of gas leak in the air conditioning. When we turned it on, the air coming out of the vent felt caustic & smelled awful & caused me to start coughing & made my throat sore. I had to open the window & the front door to get the nasty air evacuated before I could relax enough to get some sleep. Please, Get that fixed.
