Spacious duplex

Duplex was modern, clean and roomy. Nice patio areas with fenced in yard and tree for shade. In a nice neighborhood, and was easy drives to get to attractions in Denver.

Excellent stay!

Ladies Trip!Fantastic property. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Did some cooking, sat outside in the backyard at the table, quite peaceful and so enjoyable. Bedrooms had great mattresses and good storage for clothing. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay.

Family trip for graduation

We chose the property based on its location being so close to Colorado School of Mines. We attended graduation for our son and this made the trip so much less stressful. The house is clean and in an easy area to find and close to stores.The property owner was so easy to communicate with when we needed to make a change.

Denver stay

The rental was in a great location and updated nicely, but there were a few things that were not so great. On the main level, the bedroom with the bunk beds, the top bunk sheets had not been washed from the previous renters. The sheets were dirty & had a dirty sock in them at the bottom of the bed. Also the down stairs had a terrible smell with holes in the walls & the floor where the drain pipe was going down, was caving in.. The back yard was so nice though. Overall, the place was sufficient for what we needed it for & only stayed there to sleep.

Comfortable well-equipped home – good choice if you are going to Red Rock Amphitheater

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the house had everything you would need. Great place to stay for two couples, separate suites upstairs and downstairs. We also enjoyed the outside space, nice back yard. It is a good choice if you are going Red Rocks to see a concert. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved the location for all we were doing. Going to a Rockies game, Red Rock and up into the mountains for sightseeing. It was a little odd that there were no tvs upstairs. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were nice. We couldn’t get the sliding door for the bathroom downstairs to stay closed. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Amazing place for Red Rocks Concert

We have stayed at many short term rentals throughout the US and Internationally. We were very impressed with every aspect of this rental. Many times the pictures don’t accurately depict the rental. This was the same but in a very GOOD way. It was very clean, well appointed and well thought out. The proximity to Ted Rocks Amphitheater was perfect. We will be back without a doubt!!

Colorado Trip 2024

We enjoyed our stay at the Lakewood duplex, it was clean and spacious for our family of 3. We were in town for my husband’s sister’s wedding at Red Rocks which was easily accessible from the duplex. Some feedback: there is no garbage in the upstairs bathroom, there were spiders on the furniture, an ant here or there. I do not do well with bugs especially spiders. The upstairs tub shower began clogging after the second use, but we wiggled the drain stopper and that seemed to help. May be helpful to have a TV upstairs as the basement was freezing!

Loved this rental

We would 100% stay here again. We came to the area for a concert at red rocks. It was the perfect location! Close to the venue, short drive into the mountains for hiking, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable beds/bedding/towels. Definitely recommend!
