Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom lower-level apartment in a single-family home, located just 3 blocks from the picturesque Sloan's Lake in Denver! Nestled on a quiet residential street with ample parking, our home offers a serene and comfortable stay for both leisure and business travelers.
The space features two cozy bedrooms, full bathroom, a spacious living area, convenient kitchenette, and a dedicated workspace perfect for the business traveler. Whether you're here to relax, work or play, you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Our location is ideal for exploring Denver's vibrant attractions. We're within walking distance to the Perry Light Rail Station which is just a few short stops to Meow Wolf, Mile High Stadium, Ball Arena and downtown. A short walk in the opposite direction will allow you to indulge your sweet tooth at the famous Little Man Ice Cream, enjoy dinner and a movie at the Alamo Drafthouse or have a brew on Odell Brewing's roof top patio overlooking the gorgeous Sloan's Lake. We're also a short drive to the majestic Red Rocks Amphitheater and easy access to the mountains!

As your hosts, we live on property with our sweet little pup and she has independent access to the fully fenced-in private back yard. As such, we like to greet our guests when they arrive so that we can introduce ourselves.

**This home was built in 1929, and although we have updated it thoroughly it still has its little quirks. The heating system is a boiler system, so when the heat is on the pipes do knock a bit. Please be aware of this prior to booking, thank you!
