Labor Day weekend was hot and smokey.with the Montana fires. As the weekend progressed, the a.c. went out in the room. They quickly moved us to a new room. The exercise room is adequate as is the breakfast. The rooms are a bit run down and need some renovation but were comfortable. Good location for Littleton/Lakewood.
Explained I wanted to pay cash at check in. Was told I pay when I leave. Confirmed that I wanted to pay cash and the card was only for incidentals. Charged hold on my card AND almosr $100 incidentals hold. I was left with 0 balance and overdraft fee. Staff seemed non pulsed that I was VERY upset in the most respectful non scene making way. AND there is no mini fridge in the room. Who doesn't have a mini fridge? Spoke to other area Hampton Inns who told me paying cash at check in is not a problem AND that they had mini fridges and it was strange for a Hampton Inn to not have one. Just stay at the one on Union Blvd. Much nicer anyway and there's a mini fridge. We moved there for the last night of our stay and loved it more.
The hotel was clean, the staff was nice. We only slept there but it was very close to where our friends lived so it was very convenient.
Stayed here to attend the carlos Santana concert in red rocks. Great place close to the venue. Room and staff were excellent. Great breakfast as well.
Staff was wonderful help full and friendly especially May!
I arrived late because for my flight with Frontier Airlines. The Staff was very helpful and made my check in done quickly.
We had a great vacation at Lakewood. The hotel stay was wonderful.
Sheets had blood stains After, 3 days the refrigerator was finally brought to the room the morning we checked out The lobby on the 3rd was dirty the whole stay Eggs at breakfast were always cold Overall the place was extremely mismanaged. I will never stay there again!!
Perfect place to stay if you are in town to watch the Broncos. One block walk to the Bronco ride bus, no parking worries, no driving in traffic worries. The staff was very helpful. Even had a very good breakfast in the morning. Only knock was that the carpet was being replaced on our floor so there was a little bit of debris being tracked around. But didn't bother us or have any effect on our stay.
Hotel close to family. Facility was and always seems to be in state of repair/upgrade. Only 1 elevator was working for the 4 day stay and it was/is very slow. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Continental Breakfast was not the best, but better than nothing. Would most likely not stay there again if it wasn't very convenient to my business meetings.
Awesome staff. Kudos to Cinnamon for great customer service.
Just stayed one night after traveling for 24 hours, but it was a welcome break. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also terrific and helped us to get on our way.
While in Colorado, we went to a baseball game at Coors Field, a show at Red Rocks Ampitheater, and drove Peak to Peak. The hotel location was very convenient.
Adequate, no problems, very pleasant staff, breakfast was not useful, however.
This Hampton is in Lakewood, a fair distance away from downtown Denver, but close to where I needed to be this trip. The room was nicer than I expected, and the staff people were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast -- scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, different breads and pastries, juices, yogurt and coffee. A very pleasant surprise.
Very nice. Loved the staff and breakfadt was awesime
Nothing bad overall good experience. Standards from Hampton inn you can always rely on
We came to Colorado to see Jack Johnson at Red Rocks. I found this hotel close by and good value. The hotel staff was nice. Room was near the gym on the first floor, but we did not hear any noise at all. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary, and I enjoyed fresh fruit.
I just needed a place to sleep comfortably for a night and that's just what I got!
