FERN GULCH GETAWAY !.

Nuestra "Escapada" se encuentra en medio de un hermoso y exuberante bosque de Aspen, Douglas Fir y Ponderosa Pins. Hay varios senderos senic y ciclismo en nuestra área.
La unidad es de un dormitorio, con baño completo y cocina completa. Una lavadora y secadora están disponibles con la unidad. dEste apartamento está en el nivel inferior de nuestra casa. Fue construido alrededor de la cabaña de troncos original del 1030.
Hay una puerta trasera que da a un patio con parrilla. El patio también conduce a una hermosa caminata por la quebrada hasta el arroyo.
Estás a 30 minutos de Denver, varias ciudades de montaña y áreas de esquí. Central City y Black Hawk están a poca distancia en coche.
La hermosa ciudad de Evergreen es una base maravillosa. No olvide que dentro del área de Evergreen, tenemos una gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento para todos los gustos y presupuestos.
Nuestra área admite mascotas, como dice Myron, "si no tienen un perro cuando se mudan aquí ... lo consiguen de inmediato".
Como notan en las fotos, hay vida salvaje a nuestro alrededor todo el tiempo. Si bien sabemos que no se acercará a los animales, ciertamente puede disfrutar de sus travesuras con su cámara. Los pájaros aman nuestro hogar. Afortunadamente, algunos se quedan todo el año. En el tiempo migratorio, tenemos picos de pico, cruces, así como la espectacular Tangara Occidental.

Quick getaway!

Everything was just perfect! The host was so kind to have baked goods for us upon arrival. The property is perfect to disconnect. The town of Evergreen is so cute!

Cozy fireplace!

Loved our stay here for NYE. We had a great fire in the beautiful fireplace and were welcomed with homemade cake and some chocolates. Lovely hospitality and a nice, easy to get to neighborhood!

Welcome Cookie Tray

Linda had a homemade cookie tray upon our arrival, which was a nice surprise! The accommodations had many books for you to explore and enjoy. The internet was a bit spotty where it even affected their TV from working. I ended up using my own hotspot, which allowed me to gain access to what I needed for work. Overall, a very nice stay, with beautiful scenery all around. Thank you Linda!

It was a perfect location for the wedding we went to at the Evergreen Lakehouse. Everything was perfectly clean all the little touches that one would need for “a stayaway from home.” Linda and Myron were awesome. Linda had prepared fresh muffins for us and I think Scandinavian scones for our morning coffee. Perfect for our two nights stay even longer would be great. Thank you, Linda and Myron so much for your hospitality and attention to details

Enjoying the fall season

Clean and comfortable. The location very pretty this time of year. We saw elk and mule deer while driving in the area. Evergreen is a fun town with good restaurants.

Great stay for wedding weekend!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We were only there one night but it provided us with exactly what we needed. I will say if you are planning on ubering anywhere, schedule ahead, as they are very sparse in evergreen. 10/10. Would stay again!

Great hideaway

This is the second time I have stayed at the property. The property and interior feels - like home comfortable. I love the patio in the pines and the birds. The hosts are welcoming with lots of information on area restaurants and things to do. Evergreen is a great town, lots to do in the area and close to Red Rocks. I would book again if I am in the area.

Rest

Went up to go hiking fishing. Unfortunately I was in a severe car accident three weeks prior to our trip. Due to fractured ankles and 5 broken ribs rest is what we did. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully will be able to return when I’m mobile. Lovely home and lovely people.

Great Mountain Stay

Lovely owners, lovely downstairs apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. Wish there was a more secure divide between the owners and the rental space, but the small lock and accordian-style door did the trick. Would definitely return if I'm ever near Denver in the future. Fair warning: Take Little Cub road up the mountain if you're driving a vehicle with little ground clearance. Make sure you drive up the road at least once in the daytime. It's a bit harrowing, but exactly what I was hoping for. :)

Beautiful Fern Gulch Getaway

Property and location was fantastic. We will visit again and allocate time to stay at the house and enjoy the solitude and ambience of the forest. The Hosts made us feel welcome and comfortable and were very helpful with recommendations of local places to visit, dine and enjoy the area. Beautiful area and Evergreen is a wonderful town. My mom and I stayed for three days and really enjoyed our time here. The backyard view and location to the lake and nearby shops/restaurants is hard to beat! Very kind hosts as well, overall a nice experience.

Mountain retreat

This is a great mountain retreat with wonderful hosts who left homemade cookies for us. Comfortable and quiet with animals right outside your back door. Be careful and slow when driving in and out as we had to stop on multiple occasions for deer and fox crossing the road. FYI, the refrigerator/freezer is RV size so don't purchase a lot of cold groceries at any one time.

Charming Mountain Hideaway

This is a beautiful mountain property from which we viewed a collection of wildlife, including a fox, a small black bear, several deer and many hummingbirds. The unit is comfy and cozy, with plenty of space. Property managers are kind, helpful, and easy to contact. We attended several shows at Red Rocks during our stay, and the arrival and departure from Evergreen were much easier than when we stayed in Denver or Lakewood on previous visits. My wife and I LOVED this place!

Peaceful place

This was a very quiet peaceful place. Easy place to find. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely on my favorite list for when I come back to CO. Myron was very nice. Helpful on place to eat and where to go for site seeing.
