Hallways are indoors. Washer and dryer could be cheaper, and the vending machine had screws in the coin slot. There was a credit card for laundry and vending, along with RFID. Make sure the readers are legit because there are rotten dirty scoundrels everywhere.

The hotel reeked of smoke although it was suppose to be non smoking. The phone was broken, the bathroom door didn’t lock, they were out of the In part of breakfast 2 hours before breakfast closed. The overall condition of the hotel was dirty and dingy.

Overall location is good,room was clean,and not smoked in, Decor was dated,breakfast was definitely a snack. The biggest turnoff was some of the regulars and the noise. A/c was marginal. For 10 more per night I found better places in the area

At check in the Front Desk guy was very unprofessional by storming behind the desk, using an irritated tone, as well as cursing and visibly unhappy with his job. Room was clean and comfortable minus one of the towels being stained.

I got bed bugs from this hotel and it smelled like smoke uncomfortable bed

Bathroom and bed was dirty and hair every where floor was non smoking but all you could smell was cig smoke. Staff didn't do anything except move me to another room no ice or vending machine.

Everything as fine but the bathtub would not drain. Was showering in ankle deep water.

This was our first stay at an extended stay hotel. We had a good experience working with the staff. Our room was clean and had sufficient appliances to do some light cooking. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from a light rail station and right next to a target that carries groceries. We enjoyed our stay in Denver.

Arrived at 5 pm and was told that no rooms were available even though I had booked online. Was sent across town to another hotel. Very disappointing.

All the categories in this review warranted 5's..But in the Staff category 10 would be an accurate assessment. Every single member regardless of the shift they work, has assisted me in an issue that needed to be resolved. For example the night shift agent one night last week called me at the beginning of his shift to verify that I was extending my stay. Unbeknownst to me. I had not redone my reservation. That night I passed him in the hall and he mentioned I hadn't paid for that night yet. I thanked him and took care of it when I returned from dinner..He was aware I worked nights 12hr shifts and probably had to sleep during that day. But since I had said I was staying he did not hassle me or wake me up. Its conscientious quality people like this that make staying here so stress free

The hotel staff first and foremost makes a great place to stay even better. I had numerous issues with booking online and every staff member was patient with me and calmly helped me work through it. Made what could've been a frustrating situation a minor hiccup

The room was clean and comfortable ..... the staff was friendly.....seemed to be understaffed ......our room was never refreshed while we were there 5 days. Had to ask for dishes, towels and blankets......they had no clean washclothes the 3rd night and we were told they would be put in our room the next day which never happened.

This hotel met my expectations. The staff was friendly and the room was decent. The continental breakfast could have been better. They just throw out some packaged muffins and oatmeal. Overall it was good value for the location.

Room was musty, dirty, and uncomfortable. I would avoid this place at all cost. Did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed or sitting on the couch. Lamps were broken and so was the coffee table. Nice looking on the outside, disaster inside.

The staff was great but the room was dirty........ Not worth the price

AFTER a 12 hour drive and looking for a room for 5 hours. Did not know there was a convention in town. We found this place. I go in and talked to what I found out was the night manager (Wonderful man) and explained that I didn't care if room was cleaned I would take it now. He went to look what was available for me. After about an half hour I see the assistant manager Zac at front desk I asked him if ready. He informed me that it was not going to happen and I would have to wait till 3. I asked to speak to the previous man and after waiting another hour Zac comes to tell me that he left. Rudest and worst treatment ever, especially by someone in management. Hotel is beautiful and well kept but like a person a horrible personality ruins a beautiful surface.

Everyone was great here! Comfortable bed:) close too highway!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. They gave me a smoking room by mistake and I was worried about that but was surprise how clean and odorless the room was.

great staff, but tight with supplies
