This place is a 4 block walk from Union station, Coors Field, McGregor’s Square, RiNo, half a mile from Ball Arena and 1 mile to Empower field and Mission Ballroom. There is parking included in the building, a “spa” gym, sauna, steam room, and a bunch of sport courts: racquetball, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts. When you need a little more there is a community room open until 10pm with shuffleboard and pool tables. Miniature golf is across the street :)
