Our 2nd night there we got moved to a different room. 1st night, we walked into our room and it was 91 degrees. The thermostat showed it was off but there was hot air blowing from a wall furnace. We changed it to cool and at 130am it was still 80 degrees. We expressed our concern to the front desk when we left for the day yesterday and they were to have maintenance check it and asked that it be on cool at 70 degrees. We left the thermostat on cool. When we returned last night it had been changed to heat and was again 91 degrees when the thermostat was only on 70. They did move us to another room which we are thankful for but it was the whole process that was the problem.

It was a little run down, and we had issues catching the shuttle. We were instructed to go to door 513, but were not given a wing and there was no door 513 on the West side.
