This cozy 2nd story apartment was built in 1885 and lovingly restored in 2022. The space is light, bright, and combines the best of Victorian-era character with modern finishes and comfort. The 2022 renovation was completed by a professional engineer and interior designer, and you're sure to be charmed by the unique and romantic touches throughout.

The unit has two bedrooms plus a spacious living room with a full size sofa bed that closes off to create a 3rd bedroom. A fully appointed eat-in kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and close proximity to Denver's best bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and event spaces complete your experience.
