This spectacular 3-story condo unit, built in 2012, offers breathtaking water views overlooking Bayview Beach and provides quick access to the famed Mayflower Beach on Cape Cod Bay in Dennis. Perfect for six guests, this unit combines modern luxury with an unbeatable beachfront location.

The heart of the home is the second floor, which features a gourmet kitchen and an open-concept living space complete with a cozy fireplace family room. This floor provides seamless access to a dedicated deck—the perfect spot for entertaining, grilling on the gas grill, or simply relaxing while soaking up the views.

Sleep in luxury in the third-floor primary suite, which boasts a King bed, a full bathroom, and its own private balcony overlooking the Bay. The lower level is dedicated to the remaining sleeping quarters, which include a full bathroom. Here you will find two additional bedrooms: one with a set of twin beds, and the other designed for flexible sleeping with a bunk bed (double on the bottom, twin on top). With a bathroom on each of the three floors, convenience is guaranteed.

The ultimate selling point is the location: deeded access to the private association Bayview Beach is just a few feet away. Central air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and a washer/dryer are included for your comfort.

3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee in the off season. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Dogs only with an added fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Beautiful house & amazing location

The house was beautiful and clean. Even better was the short location to the incredibly beautiful beach. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Week at the Beach

The property was clean and bright. The proximity to the beach really couldn't have been any more perfect. We would walk out the door, through the parking lot and down the path to the beach. It was easy to come back to the condo if we forgot something or needed a break. The 2 things I was looking for - cleanliness and close to the beach. It was a really great week at a beautiful beach!
