This 3 story, brand new unit features a gourmet kitchen, open floor plan with fireplace family room, 2 bedrooms in lower level, a primary suite with private balcony, and a deck for entertaining or just plain relaxing. This unit is part of a 2 unit Cape style home built in 2012. The primary bedroom is on the third floor with a king size bed. The second floor is your living space. The lower level has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a set of twin beds and the other room with a bunk bed made up of a double and twin size beds. Each floor consists of a bathroom as well. Deeded access to the private association Bayview Beach is just a few steps away. Book this property today! Your Cape Cod beach escape is waiting for you!!! 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee in the off season. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Beautiful house & amazing location

The house was beautiful and clean. Even better was the short location to the incredibly beautiful beach. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Week at the Beach

The property was clean and bright. The proximity to the beach really couldn't have been any more perfect. We would walk out the door, through the parking lot and down the path to the beach. It was easy to come back to the condo if we forgot something or needed a break. The 2 things I was looking for - cleanliness and close to the beach. It was a really great week at a beautiful beach!
