Holiday villa 500m from the beach El Retiro KS

This beautiful villa very close to the beach has a garage, garden and private swimming pool, and has a capacity for 4 people.

The cosy accommodation is distributed over 60 m2 and is composed of an open-plan Living Room/Kitchen/Dining Room, 2 bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom. The house has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, as well as Wifi and Satellite TV in the living room.

Upon entering, we find the living room/dining room and kitchen area, the latter equipped with all kinds of amenities. Fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.

From the living room and dining room, glass doors open to the garden and pool area, all properly furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the place. It also has a barbecue.

Both bedrooms have two 90cm beds and the bathroom has been recently renovated.

It is located 450 m from the "Mas y Mas" supermarket, 550 m from the "Las Marinas" sandy beach, 1 km from the "Aldi" supermarket, 3 km from the city of Denia,

Una casita estupenda para unos días de vacaciones

La casa es pequeña pero está muy bien equipada, hay aire acondicionado tanto en el comedor como las habitaciones. la situación es muy buena, en un sitio muy tranquilo pero cerca de las playas, comercios... La piscina esta genial No funcionaban algunas luces probablemente por bombillas fundidas que no se han sustituido

Schone kleine Villa mit Pool und Garage

Saubere, gut ausgestattete Villa in Strandnähe, in sehr ruhiger Gegend. Die Umrandung des Waschtisches im Bad ist zerbrochen und wieder mit Klebstoff/Silikon geflickt, und sollte mal erneuert werden. Das Garagentor ist sehr hakelig, so dass ich immer Angst hatte es würde im hochgeschobenen Zustand von alleine wieder runterfallen. Es wäre schon wenn für die zahlreichen elektrischen Geräte im Haus (Klimaanlagen, Küchengeräte, Fernseher) eine Bedienungsanleitung mehrsprachig, mindestens aber in Englisch, verfügbar wäre.

Langzeiturlaub in Denia

Wir hatten ein schönes freistehendes Haus mit Swimmingpool, der immer von einem Mitarbeiter von Carlos Ferien sauber gehalten wurde. Die Betten waren auch sehr gut ,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hat Dana ,das schwere Unwetter in Valencia Einfluss auf den Resturlaub genommen. Es war alles da Besteck, Geschirr,Töpfe und Pfannen. Was mir persönlich allerdings gefehlt hat, war ein Staubsauger. Wir können das Haus auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen.

Las camas no están a la altura de la casa

Todo ha estado perfecto tanto por vuestra parte como la casa. Lo único que deja mucho que desear son las camas, que son horribles y también se va de vacaciones a descansar y dormir bien y eso en muchos sitios no se valora. Si tuviera que recomendar este sitio advertiría previamente que las camas son de hostal con maderas y somieres de muelles de los años 70. El poder dormir bien en vacaciones es lo primero cosa que en este sitio no hemos podido.

Hemos estado la primera semana de agosto, todo muy limpio y fiel a las fotos. La piscina una auténtica gozada con los niños, con sombra además por la mañana para poder desayunar tranquilamente al lado de la piscina. Playa un poco lejos con niños pequeños, pero no para adultos, de todas formas 1min en coche y sin problema aparcamiento. Para repetir.

Un sitio ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas y muy familiares, el sitio perfecto para nosotros 4, la piscina y la cercanía a la playa lo mejor. El alquiler con ustedes es sinónimo de tranquilidad y confianza, ante cualquier eventualidad responden rápido y se encargan de todo. Es la segunda vez que repetimos y esperamos seguir haciéndolo. De la casa se podría mejorar el suelo y los colchones de la habitación de 2 camas separadas.
