Snowater Condo #38 - A Great Mountain Family Retreat!
This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse-style condo is a wonderful mountain family retreat! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 2 sets of standard-sized bunk beds, a 1/2- bath, a fully equipped galley-style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with 1 king-sized bed, 1 full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Great option for area
Rating reflects overall evaluation of property. Wifi was difficult (mostly didn't work) and the place smelled like mildew. Even so, would likely stay here again given there aren't many options in this area. This property worked fine for a bunch of guys taking an avalanche course for the weekend. Communication with property management was prompt and pleasant. Thank you!

Good times
Condo was clean and comfortable. The amenities were awesome (rec center and clubhouse) and grounds well maintained with groomed trails. Only recommendations for this condo is to fix broken dining table and chairs, check out why fireplace makes an alarmingly Big Bang, and upgrade pots and pans.
Otherwise great location for access to ski resort, clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet.
