Searching for a relaxing getaway in Deltona, Florida? This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in the Lakeside Condos offers just that. Explore the beauty of Lake Monroe and Green Springs Park, . After a day of adventure, cool off with a swim in the community pool, then unwind on your private balcony overlooking the peaceful woods. VERY IMPORTANT this is unique property the short term rental not prohibited, but it’s a LONG process due to STRICT rules. I would need to do a full background check and wait for approval of HOA for your stay in order to avoid that I would ask you sincerely to not go to the front desk but contact me directly for any questions you have if you should talk to the neighbors, please mention that you are MY Friends ! And not somebody who is paying to stay there. I apologize for inconvenience and if it bothers for you, please look for another property. I just have to be flexible and a little in order to provide you. Great prices for great stay !
