Lage wie beschrieben, Möbel renovierungsbedürftig

Das Haus war genau da wo beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Interhome lief sehr gut auch der Check in war super.Die Möbel im Haus sind verwohnt.- an den Küchenmöbeln lösen sich die Furniere- die Couch ist mehr als durchgesessen- mindestens ein Stuhl am Küchentisch ist kaputt- am Küchentisch ist das Furnier ebenfalls lose, was zu Wasseraufnahme und damit zu Dreck führt.- der Wäscheständer rostete fast weg- beim Bügeleisen lagen stromführende Kabel offen (Stromschlaggefahr)- im Badezimmer fehlt ein Schutzglas an der Spiegelbeleuchtung (Stromschlaggefahr)- Die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern waren fasst alle undicht.- Die Fenster und Terrassentür sind nicht sicher verschließbar. - Das WLAN reicht nicht bis ins Schlafzimmer.- Die Liegen am Pool waren durchweg durchgelegen.Viele der Dinge stören uns im Regelfall nicht, weil es in Ferienhäusern nicht ungewöhnlich ist, dass die Häuser etwas verwohnt sind.Das Sicherheitsrisiko mit den Fenstern/Türen und dem Bügeleisen war relevant.Die Fenster waren mit Gittern gesichert und die Türe haben wir notdürftig repariert. Das Bügeleisen haben wir nicht benutzt.Verbesserungsvorschläge:- Ein Grill mit Gas- neue Liegen am Pool- neue Möbel- eine Spülmaschine- allgemeine Renovierung.

Wer nicht viel in der Finca ist hat einen schönen Urlaub

Auf den Bilder wirklich alles viel größer als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Und manche Dinge in der Finca waren jetzt auch nicht so optimal ( Klimaanlage, Besteck,Geschirr und noch 1 2 andere Dinge ) Die gegen ist wunderschön

Gut - aber mit Mängeln, die angesichts des Preises nicht sein dürften

Das Haus befindet sich in einem verhältnismäßig guten Zustand - allerdings gibt es bei der Ausstattung einige Mängel: - Die Dusche des Pools war einfach nicht vorhanden; stattdessen waren 2 Löcher im Boden ... - Das Geschirr war dürftig: für bis zu 6 Personen nur ein großes Glas, Messer teilweise verrostet, etc. - Die Dusche des 2. Bads war so klein, dass die Nutzung nahezu unmöglich war ohne sich an der Armatur zu verbrennen oder das Badezimmer unter Wasser zu setzen - Zwei der drei Außenlampen gingen nicht - Die Betten sind für einen durchschnittlich großen Menschen zu kurz - Die Anbringung der Klimaanlage direkt neben einem Schlafraum ist sehr ungeschickt - Das Gitter vor dem großen Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen Der Abwicklung vor Ort war in Ordnung (freundlich)
