Smoking outside only. Please clear and take trash out upon check out. Early check in and late check out are additional charges if available need to be approved at least 24hrs in advance. Any check out later than 3 pm is an additional day charge. Any check in earlier than 12pm is an additional day charge. NO DOGS IN THE HOT TUB. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES at the house. No more than 12 total occupants at once if this is not reservation will be terminated with expulsion from property a $1,000 fine and you will not receive a refund. Cameras on the front of the home Camera at the back of the home camera inside the garage. all exterior cameras are recording 24/7 usually not monitored unless necessary. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited.

Uninhabitable

While the property was as listed, it quickly became apparent that it was uninhabitable. The lack of any running water for toilets, bathing or cooking made our stay impossible. We were forced to find public toilets and restaurants as we could not prep a meal. While we reached out to the owner asap the response was slow in coming. We were forced to pack up and relocate to a local hotel at a significant additional cost to us. When the property manager finally responded we simply requested a full credit back for the failed rental, which they refused. Days later a partial refund was offered despite the property being uninhabitable from the moment we arrived. Later we learned that a water main had ruptured. Either way we could not stay at the property and the owner refused to stand behind their responsibility of a habitable residence for our family and providing us the requested full refund. They chose putting their profit over providing our family with a safe clean and enjoyable vacation as posted in their listing. A very sad experience.
