We had an amazing stay at the Shangri-La Hotel. The spa service was absolutely wonderful — relaxing and professional. We also used the hotel’s car service to explore the city, which was very convenient and comfortable. The food and restaurants were excellent, offering a great variety and top quality. We really appreciated the staff’s hospitality — they even allowed us a free late check-out for six extra hours, which made our departure much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and clean. Stayed in many hotels around the world and this is one of the best. Great facilities with access to gym 24/7 and spa until 12am. Very wide choice at breakfast. Only thing I would say is that the food at the restaurants abit pricey.

Enjoyed two excellent stays at this property. Clean, well-managed. No complaints. Staff was professional and courteous. Shout out to Danish and Nameka (sp?) - both very capably provided excellent support in connection with room availability issue at check in. Rooms were clean and well-appointed. We loved the breakfast buffet and the pool. We did not like the food at Shang’s - pretty poor (and expensive) version of Chinese food - sooooooo much corn starch in the dishes that we ordered. Dinner service at Tamra was good (but also expensive).

Flawless stay- the hotel is beautiful, the staff were attentive and super helpful with any queries. I had a wonderful massage in the stunning spa facilities - booked on the day! Had food in both the buffet restaurant and at the Chinese and both meals were outstanding. After I checked out, one of the gentlemen at the door even got into the taxi and adjusted the seat for me before I got in. Couldn’t have had a more amazing few days.

Well maintained property with courteous, professional staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only issue: complementary bottled water provided by the hotel seemed slightly off in terms of smell. We drank some initially (with no ill effects) but sensed an odor akin to chlorination. We wound up buying Evian in the hotel shop. Overall, however, a very good experience and no other complaints.
