Hotel should treat all guest equally - my experience was tainted! Would not recommend this unless you are out of choices. Did not have a chance to use the other facilities. Repair work was being carried out and you could not sit in the lobby area with the noise.

Had a good experience with central location to reach easily to any place Beautiful lobby. Courteous staff, smooth check out, never thought staying at Radiison Blu would be such a nice experience, thanks for the comfort

Room was clean & well equipped, I had booked a Deluxe room which was upgraded to business class. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous. Location is great, its just across the Mall of India. I would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

Having undergone recent renovation, the hotel lobby is spectacular and you will be made you feel very special upon entering. The choice of food is immense with several restaurants and a comprehensive in-room dining menu. The waiters will recommend traditional Indian breakfasts, which are freshly cooked, in addition to the large buffet. Having stayed twice before, I would always return to this hotel because of the excellent facilities and service received.

Lovely luxurious hotel representing an oasis of calm in a busy city. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent food made a busy business trip an enjoyable experience. The RED restaurant deserves special mention as a superb pan-Asian cuisine venue.

Before anything else, I must mention I am Club Carlson member and a permanent resident of Noida. We often go to Sec-18 Radisson blu to chill out in the evening or just for a casual dinner. Now why I am taking time out to write this review, because they decided to mess-up a very important meeting we hosted for our guests. I reserved a table in cafe next to lobby for 8 pax, 4:30pm 11th Nov a day before. They took my details and even called me in the morning to confirm my booking. However, when we reached the hotel, our name was not in the reservation list. My guests who reached before me were waiting in the lobby. I was surprised the attendant wasn’t even aware of the booking and neither did they prepare the table!! I called the manager who instead of being apologetic for the goof-up, gave me a lamest excuse ever that - all tables were occupied due to lunch, when in fact I could see 80% of tables were vacant! My guests had to stand 30 minutes more while the staff made the arrangements! This was such an embarrassing situation for us. Anyhow, after we settled down, it took them forever to bring cappuccino and not to mention it tasted yuck! I have been to this cafe shop many times and it was never this bad! Moreover, we are always served a complimentary bread/brunch basket with coffee. However, this time they served a single biscotti! This looked so awkward! We ordered some snacks and after 10 minutes, the server comes back to inform x y z items are unavailable. I told them to just bring club sandwiches in brown bread and chilli cheese toast. After 10 minutes server comes back to confirm again- Sir was it white or brown bread?!! God damn! Why your servers are so confused!! And seriously we ordered from the menu which is specific for 3:30pm-8:30pm and you don’t have even those items! I asked the server what else you have for evening snacks which won’t take long to serve, and he simply handed me over menu again! It took over 40 minutes to be served that we lost our appetite for anything else to order. The lobby premise was so astonishingly noisy due to some drilling/grinding machine work going in the background. It was hard to hear the person across the table! Anyway, our guests understood it was not really our fault if the service is lousy. After all we tried to book the best venue for them and it was really just a bad day. However, being a regular visitor I feel the café management should review the situation. I will be hosting my guests elsewhere but not Sec-18 Radisson for sure.

Frequently visited for Business meeting and also with families for Relaxation. In a families we are in each trip 4 to 6 persons. and also in Business lot of people coming to meet for business purpose. Needless to mention to use the places for more visitors dining.

This is a fantastic hotel if you are in the city for business for a couple of days. Room are clean and hygiene, the staff is helpful warm and helpful. The buffet spread during dinner and breakfast could be better. I have seen better options in the same price at other hotel chains. Perfect place for a business stay.

All employees are very educate and makes me fell in my own house. They prepared special breakfast for me and they provide a room to me receive a host and do Mehndi in the Hotel, without any fees. Thanks for all.

I stayed in Radisson Blu Noida for a couple of days during my recent visit to Noida. The hotel was undergoing some renovation, however, as a guest, I was given utmost care. I got a room in one of the renovated floor and from the time you enter in the room, it gave a Wow feeling. There were large paintings in the room and beautifully decorated Bed, Table, Chair and lighting and it makes you feel like King. Breakfast food got many varieties and Staff were really helful.
