예약 결제하고 itinery number랑 confirm까지 받고 갔는데 호텔 매니저는 명단이 없다며 다시 결제하라고 해서, 다음날 한국 익스피디어랑 통화해서 호텔쪽과 확인되었다고 했고 호텔매니저도 중간 담당자가 예약실수를 했다며 미안하다고 사과했는데...저녁에 맡긴 짐 찾아서 한국으로 돌아가야하는데 다시 예약이 잘못됐다며 숙박비를 다시 내라고 해서 소리지르고 싸우고 왔습니다. 광고랑 달리 아침식사도 제공안한다고 하고...익스피디어에서 광고 조정과 조치를 취하도록 해주세요!!

夜に到着したのですが、まさかホテルの付近を警察がバリケード貼っていて近づくことさえできないとは知りませんでした。
夜間に通行ができないエリア内にあるホテルを予約する場合には予め教えていただけると助かります。
結局このホテルは不便だと思い、宿泊するのはやめました。他の夜でも宿泊することができるホテルに宿泊することにしました。
