Don't stay here

Terrible stay in this hotel. If you have any difficulty finding it, it is the worst looking hotel on the street. The check-in process was painful and took 45 minutes. The man behind the counter was worse than rude. We booked an executive room on hotels.com but when we got there he told us we had booked the basic room and could upgrade to air-conditioning for 300 rupees. Our room was dirty and toilet was filty. We asked for toilet roll and where stared at blankly. We Google searched a picture and we were told no, there was none. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that look nice. Don't stay here
