Room a little tired needs a deep clean and redecorating. Air Con worked well, but noisy. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable clean bed.

Located in a small road 50 metres of the Main Bazar Road it was easy to find. Around 500 metres from the Main New Delhi Railway station it was a good location. Bordered by a run down building it had a pleasant entrance. The staff were very helpful. The room was very good value but the decor need of a deep clean and redecoration. The room had a modern Google TV. The bed was comfortable and clean. Although Air Conditioned the unit was extremely noisy but effective. As usual there was a ceiling fan The bathroom while typically Indian in Budget Hotels provided plenty of hot water.

I am writing to formally express my complete dissatisfaction with my stay at your hotel, which was without any doubt one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The room conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The place was extremely dirty, unsanitary, and completely different from what was advertised. The floor was so filthy that it was impossible to feel comfortable staying in the room. The bed linens were visibly dirty, clearly indicating that they had not been properly cleaned or changed. In addition, there was no hot water, the toilet did not even have a proper seat, and no solution was offered despite these issues being reported. The lack of any response or effective action regarding the absence of hot water was particularly disappointing. To make matters worse, the room was extremely noisy throughout the entire night, making it impossible to rest. Nothing about this stay matched what was offered in the listing or shown in the photos. Although I acknowledge that the staff were polite, this does not compensate for the overall state of neglect and lack of hygiene of the hotel, which is completely unacceptable. This experience was shocking and far below any reasonable standard of accommodation. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously.

ニューデリー駅から徒歩10分かからない程度の立地。空港からエアポート急行で来る場合は反対側のため、高架を通る必要あり。高架を通ったり、荷物検査を通る際は、24時間いつ通っても詐欺師がいるので注意。 ニューデリー駅の東側よりは治安が良い。 周辺には外国人が利用できるルーフトップの飲食店あり。 ホテルはインドとしては清潔。 日本から殺虫剤を持っていって使用したがダニやナンキン虫などは出てこなかったし、フンもなかった。 インドで定番のエアコンと天井ファンは通常通りガンガンに使用できた。 どんなに綺麗なホテルでもネズミなどがでるが、滞在中はみなかった。 比較的定期的に清掃は行われているようだった。 深夜から早朝以外は交通量の多い。 詐欺師は無視すれば大丈夫。鉄道が出発するまでチケットを出す必要がないことを常に頭に入れておくこと。 その地域には行けないとか、祭りで通行に無料パスが必要だとか、電車がキャンセルになってるとか言ってくる、自称IRCTCや駅のサービスマンがいるが服装が良さそうに見えても必ず無視。 祭りや交通規制の情報を携帯画面で見せてくるが、個人的なページでどこにも公式な情報はないので、急かされてもその場で検索する。 一応無料ならパス貰おうかと彼らの言う観光局に行ったが、Google MAPには何も記載がなく、建物のいたるところにIRCTCやら ADA、インド考古学などと公式のロゴを貼っている建物にAutoで連れていかれた。ロゴだけを見たり、写真でAIに聞くと公式の建物となってしまうので注意。 駅でチケットを買う際はお釣りが必ず100ルピー抜かれるので、その場で渡してきた相手と確認し、出てくるまで待つ。すぐに行け出発するぞと煽られても堪えてカウントすること。
