We were asked yo go to another property as the room we booked was not available, then at the other property, we were given a lower room then what we booked and were asked to pay again. Finally after some fight they gave us a family room. All this after a 20hour flight and at mid night. Very frustrating

Its always a pleasure to stay at the Leela Palace Hotels, impeccable hospitality. Every little detail is taken care of. Its a delight to see the smiling faces of the staff and the guests are greeted so sweetly. The pool is amazing and so is the gym. The food is amazing and the service is quick. Would recommend everyone to experience the hospitality at the Leela Palace. Special mention to Ravinder Mishra sir who took care of every little thing. He made sure all our needs were taken care of. Even though my father had an injured foot and we had a 1 year old with us, the stay was pleasant and the easiest experience. Thank you for the hospitality. Will surely visit again.

It’s a near clean and quite property. The best part was the staff . Super helpful, courteous and accommodating. Special mention to the front desk staff and also the support staff. Located at a convenient spot from the International Airport and in a great spot at Aerocity. Hotel Corporate Suite hotel offers great Facility for anyone who is staying away from home.
