This is disastrous hotel charging you exorbitant 5k for rooms worst than you could find at Paharganj. The rooms are stinky and washrooms are like public urinals. The hotel has tasteless breakfast menu and not at all suitable for business travellers. Look for any other hotel at Nehru place but Chirag.
Reached after 11PM to the hotel and given a room which was booked more than 1 week in advance. first look gave a bad impression. Paint was coming off from all directions in the room. the bed was just over 5ft length so not a comfortable sleep. worst part was not yet over. i entered in the bathroom and there was a washbasin and commode and some place to stand. i inquired about the place to take bath and to my surprise, i was standing at the same place. I had to leave the hotel for another one due to these horribile things
I visited this hotel for my business trip. This hotel is at very best location no hassle to find the hotel its on the main road. When i entered it was really a good smell that makes me feel good and then i done the remaining processes they gave me the key and the hotel boy takes all my luggage.time to see the room it was really good not as 5 star hotel but yes its good on my booking price. They gave me complementary breakfast too. If i say then it was really pleasant stay at that hotel. If you are from abroad then must visit they welcome you as a God I don't know why.
We have stayed here a few times over the years and each time, we have been welcomed like family. All of the team here is good but Hari Prasad has always gone above and beyond to make the guests' stay comfortable, which is why we return here each time we're in Delhi. The rooms are clean and a good size, the hotel location is great with close proximity to GK, the food in the hotel is very good. We recommend this as a great stay option.
This was my first visit at Chirag Residency though I am frequent traveler but this time my company booked my stay at Chirag Residency. I found most of things falls in place but I observed that room has lot of maintenance issues like tap,shower, switch boards etc all are shaky and housekeeping doesn't bother to fix it up. Evrytime they did fake promise to get it repaired. 2) No sign board in my room like do not disturb, clean my room. 3) I asked housekeeping to get down my luggage but no one comes up and finally I brought it down although rooms are nice. During breakfast buffet was empty whatever was remaining that was cold too, No Juice. At the time of check out they wasted my 20 minutes in searching of food bills as it was not deposited at counter than hotel manager Mr. Abhishek intervened and resolved it quickly. Overall very nice experience I hope the concerns I have raised will be addressed.
This was the first hotel stay when we got to India. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and room service was good as well as the rooms were really nice and clean. The hotel is in a good area, easy to get to shops that are close by.
Overall experience is good,stayed there for 13 days,easily accessible,good food,room ok. Only thing that I got room in 3rd floor and there is no lift in the hotel.It is really difficult now a days to get a hotel without lift.
stayed along with relatives at this hotel. it is located just opposite to nehru place, at the entrance of posh locality of GK I, making it easily accessible to all tourist or business places. It is a boutique hotel with around 30-35 rooms. Rooms are good in size with all basic amenities. Front office staff makes your check in as quickly as possible. Food quality is good. Housekeeping and F&B staff need to improve their service. If something was asked from housekeeping (like toothbrush or sleeper etc.) they used to take quite a long time and many times were seen chatting within themselves instead of fulfilling the request. Breakfast is of good quality however more variety can be added. Preparation of food takes long time and it can be made more faster. Overall my experience was reasonably good and it is a value for money. Hotel may think of centralized AC or better/new window ACs and replacing geysers. However these are my personal opinions.
This is a typical Delhi residential locality hotel. Constraints of space means there is really nothing but a room and a dining hall. The rooms are spacious, but the one I stayed in looked a bit jaded and old. The food was good. But the price is every bit Delhi-ish. I would suggest a auto ride or just a walk to the nearby Bahai Lotus temple.
it was a good experience. The food tasted good, served well with good hygiene. Particular mention to the service rendered by staff particularly by Arjun and Harish. Would not mind coming again.Serving staff have a helping attitude. Naveen was quite helpful.
