Service of Orbitz as well as Hotel Ashoka is poor

I booked this hotel though the Orbitz payment is debited from my account but not paid to Hotel Ashoka. Hote Ashoka again charge the more amount.In night as well as moring no body response we are receiving the cunstomer care
