Downstairs, you'll find a spacious primary suite with king bed and twin daybed and a secondary bedroom with queen bed. The attached 2-car garage provides ample storage space including a second refrigerator and washer/dryer. Sea Point offers resort-style amenities, including two pools, spas, lighted tennis courts, a tot lot, a 4-acre dog park, and a clubhouse.
