Villa Berry, located just 400 meters from the sea, welcomes you for stays with friends, family, weekday seminars, or weekends.



The Space:

A renovated house in a luxurious "country chic" style. The positions taken by the interior designer, Véronique Cotrel (seen on TV), make it an endearing and friendly family home.



5 minutes from "Les Planches" and 7 minutes on foot from the chic shops of Deauville, you can charge your car at the private electric charging station throughout your stay.



House of 240m2 on 4 levels (each level making approximately 60m2) and a large garden of 350m2:



On the ground floor :

⁃ a large open kitchen with a large central island and a bar,

⁃ a kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, Miele dishwasher, XL induction hob, convection oven, microwave oven, etc.

⁃ a large dining room with a 3m long table, around which 14 people can dine,

⁃ a nice hallway with access to the guest toilet,

⁃ a living room equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, with a large connected Frame-TV and a Devialet sound-sytem,

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property: the full house (all 4 levels), the private garden and outdoor dining areas, and all amenities described in the listing (cinema/teen lounge, laundry room, ping-pong, barbecue, etc.) and also the parking lot which can welcome 3 cars (including a EV station)



The Neighborhood:

A stone's throw from the new "Les Franciscaines" cultural center, the racecourse, the Haras for yearling sales, but also the Casino and "Les Planches", either you will discover Deauville, and want to come back quickly, or it will not be a discovery, and you will become attached to this house to come back regularly. Hermes and le Printemps are 15 min away walking time.



Getting Around:

7 minutes walk from Deauville-Trouville station.

Go by bike to discover the city center, or the roads of Mont Canisy for the more athletic.

Going to the market on foot is doable in 20 minutes. The Casino is also a 5 minute walk away.

Bakeries, supermarket are nearby.

The new Les Franciscaines center, a stone's throw away.



Other Things to Note:

We can offer you many optional services according to your wishes:



- A Private Chef: Our chef will prepare a dinner for 6 to 14 people. Tell him what you desire, he will do the shopping and even serve you at the table. Service fee: €60 to €80+ per person, excluding wine.



- French Breakfast: Wake up, breakfast is served. Our breakfast includes baguettes, pastries, jams, orange juice, tea, coffee... €18 per person.
