The condo is spacious, modern and very clean. Ocean views are spectacular. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Great having three full bathrooms for our group of 7. Kitchen is fully equipped and roomy with bar stools to gather around. An excellent stay for our fam.

On our first day we spent the whole afternoon killing ants and cleaning the kitchen and dining area. They were everywhere and swarmed from the garbage disposal. All we had was window cleaner but it worked. We sent an email to the host and left a phone message on the number given and never heard from anyone the whole trip. There are two pictures in the listing that are wrong. One shows a tv in the living room and one in the dining area. There is Not a tv in the dining area. The picture that says it's an actual picture from the balcony showing the pier - neither pier is close by. You have to drive to either one. That was very misleading and was a selling point to us. The ocean views from inside and on the balcony are breathtaking. There was ease in walking to the beach. The pool and hot tub area were usually full so we didn't get to use them. We did notice that some groups would put all of their stuff out and leave it there for the day thus ensuring that no one else could use that spot even when they left and came back later in the day. It is a little inconvenient to have to drive to another address to get your garage opener and placard. After driving 8 hours you want to get straight to the condo but you have to make that stop first. The white leather furniture in the living room is cracked and peeling and most all the blinds are broken. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We love the area!

Location Location Location, beautiful view ,spacious accommodations ( not sure it sleeps10) plenty of towels and beach towels! Nice pool and spa !Large outdoor porch. Not to nit pick but was surprised that such nice condo had thin, frayed, tattered cushions on some of the outdoor furniture! Overall had a good stay! Dollar store right across the street Winn Dixie within walking distance! I believe in security however this place has more different codes than a Nuclear Facility, if you are challenged technically it could be a problem for you!

Nice rental

Very nice property that is set up very well. Easy to access without having to worry about keys. Very clean and ocean view as described. Would fully recommend to anyone else. Only complaint I would have, which is minor, it would be nice to have more information sooner to prepare for the visit in advance

Condo was nice. The condo furnishing need updating. Broken controller in one bedroom never worked. Towels in kitchen need replacing. Management company ordered more but ordered wrong things. No chairs for the beach. Utensils and cookware need replacing. Wouldn’t rent this unit again. Much nicer places for better price.

Daytona Vacay 2025

Overall, one of the cleanest units we have ever rented. Lots of pillows, blankets and space for our party of 10. Big TVs in each bedroom, allowing everyone to separate and watch a movie on our colder vacation days. The kitchen was great, stocked well with pots and pans. The kitchen needs more silverware though. The pool and hot tub were warm and used regularly. Overall, a great stay, we would gladly book again the next time we are in Daytona!

Labor Day Weekend

This property was perfect for our family traveling from 3 different states to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday! Clean, with plenty of room for 6 adults. The view was awesome, there was easy access to the beach; parking was fantastic. It was a great apartment!

Relaxing Getaway / Salty Life

The condo was beautiful and really helped us relax and enjoy our stay. Watching waves crash and dolphins swim up the coastline with a wonderful breeze really made our stay memorable. The convenience of nearby restaurants and mini golf ever kept the teens busy. The pool table was a common hideout for our kids. The realty was knowledgeable and quickly responded to a communication. A wonderful vacation that went by too fast.

Awesome stay

Everything from the initial booking through the checkout process was excellent. The unit is spacious, roomy and just exactly as advertised. Great public beach access and there is a Dollar General across the street as well as an amazing miniature golf place across the street. There is also a grocery store a block away. The host was very prompt and accurate with answering any questions that we had. The check in process was a piece of cake. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful condo

This condo was immaculate. The place was roomy and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. You truly felt like you were at home. Would definitely recommend it. Just remember to bring your own bath products and hair dryer.
