We have stayed at Ocean Vistas several times and are never disappointed. This unit is very spacious and is easily accessed from the parking garage to elevator which opens directly into the condo entrance. If you like large balconies with beachfront views this is for you. It actually has two; one beachfront for beautiful sunrises and one on the intercoastal side for beautiful sunsets. Our check in was very easy and our host, Anna was very accommodating. We would definitely choose this condo again!

Condo was beautiful and large. The view was perfect and we got to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and comfortable. We made a wonderful Thanksgiving feast in the well-appointed kitchen. The property managers are wonderful to work with as well.

Great place for larger group

There were 3 families (9 of us total) and we had plenty of space. This has been one of the better places we have stayed. Very safe, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the host was great. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Working with Vrbo is very important if you need help to save your Vacation thay are the best.

Very nice great location, beautiful place, but you need to work Vrbo if you need help if your vacation go bad. Thay are the best to work with and help me save my vacation.

Ocean getaway

Beautifully appointed, spacious condo on the top floor - we watched the sunrise over the ocean with our coffee on one balcony in the morning and set over the river in the evening from the other balcony. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked to stay there again but this time with friends as there is plenty of space. Not far from great restaurants too although the kitchen is large and well appointed.

Beach Vacation 2023

This was a great condo with lots of room and views to enjoy. The only things we would recommend are a good deep clean and a few electronic updates. Other than that it was awesome!

Thanksgiving getaway

My husband and I brought my parents to stay for Thanksgiving week. We throughly enjoyed our visit. My mother especially loved having her morning coffee on the beach side patio, while watching to sun rise, and my husband and I enjoyed our evening wine on our private balcony while waiting the sun set over the Halifax River!! The best of both worlds! Thank you for sharing such a lovely condo with amazing views!! Karen and Craig

Spacious and beautiful location

Condo is very spacious with an amazing view. Loved the private entrance and heated pool. Everything was comfortable perfect for what we needed for the week. I would definitely return! The only recommendation I have is to have cleaning supplies such as counter top and dish soap/ trash bags/ paper towels. It needs a deep clean behind beds and tables and fake plants are full of dust.

11th floor unobstructed beach fun

6 couples in 3 bedrooms. Had to draw straws because while 2 ensuite bedrooms with a porch to the west are very nice the east facing master is huge and luxurious. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked and spacious. The elevator leads to a private entry. Things like garbage are close. The beach is accessed through a secure gate. It is fun to watch folks on the beach from the large balcony and use the outdoor table for dining. This is our 2nd stay.

Top notch property

Ths property is beautiful and spacious. The older adults spent a lot of time on the large ocean side balcony enjoying the sunrises and dolphin sightings. The sunsets on the river side were amazing. The younger adults and kids spent a lot of time at the beach and pool. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The owners were very responsive to our questions prior to and after booking, property manager was fantastic. We did not arrive until after midnight and when she met us at the property, she was upbeat and full of energy, giving us a tour of the property and condo. While we didnt have issues at the condo, she was very responsive when asked for recommendations for local shopping, etc. Should i return to Daytona, i will definitely look for this property first.

Friends and Family trip

Enjoyed our stay. Large condo with a lot space for everyone. Easy beach access. Private parking garage with assigned parking spaces. I only have two reasons for the 4/5 stars. Reason #1 : key fobs. You only get 3 fobs for the whole unit. We had 8 in our group with everyone being old enough to move around by themselves. 8 people and 3 fobs caused issues during the week. You have to walk someone out or in that didn't have a fob. Spoke with others in the condo and they spoke of the same problem. If you don't have a fob, then you have someone come get you or wait for another condo guest to pass thru and let you in. The 2nd option obviously defeats the security purpose of the fob. I feel like utilizing a card system like hotels would better. Cards are easy to program and cheap to replace if lost. 2nd reason is due to two pocket doors in our condo were difficult to close. One pocket door for a toliet was nearly impossible to close/open. They need to be fixed. I know pocket doors replacement is an issue since the whole assembly and the wall they are contained in have to be removed, but the two in our condo need to go. Other than that, great place to stay.

Daughter’s graduation

We’ve been visiting Daytona Beach for years & this was the most beautiful condo we have stayed in. It is spacious & we enjoyed several meals together with family & the grill was such a plus. Dennis & Carmen are great to work with, I am a returning customer & will continue to use them.

Great Spring Break Trip

Very nice condo right on Daytona Beach. The layout, amenities and ease of getting to the beach were all perfect! Check-in was extremely easy and very informative. We would definitely stay again.
