Our family of 12 enjoyed all the amenities this property offered. The house and in-law suite were clean and welcoming. We especially loved the pool, spa, and outdoor area for night swims. The beach was a quick walk and we appreciated the beach cart to transport our beach gear. Great family weekend!

Amazing property

Our original reservation fell through, but we were fortunate to find this property available. The owner graciously permitted us to check in early and ensured everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. The property was exceptional—immaculately clean and spacious enough for multiple families. Additionally, its convenient location near the beach and grocery store made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

DBS Family and Friends Getaway

We have stayed in multiple VRBO homes over the years and this property definitely has surpassed any place we have previously rented. Home is beautiful, quiet, well maintained, and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens. Private backyard with pool, hot tub, and putting greens were put to good use. Duel clothes washers and dryers were much appreciated and saved time. Property is located close to Publix, CVS, and multiple restaurants and the beach is right across the street. 20 minute drive to Daytona International Speedway. Manager is responsive and a pleasure to talk to. Did I mention the new 85 inch Sony TV in the living room? It’s great! Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

We initially rented a property from the same person in south Daytona but due to Milton hitting and the power still being out upon our arrival the owner offered us his other property in new smeryna at no additional cost. The owner was awesome through the whole process , offered a full refund or his other property with no hassle and for the inconvenience of being further away from our event destinations he threw the pool heater in for no additional charge as well.

Lovely house, great location, responsive staff. Amazing trip!

Our family has stayed in numerous beach condos and houses over the years but this one took the cake for us. Truly such a beautiful home with so many updated appliances and features and a cozy, modern feel. We had an amazing time in the pool and hot tub and loved how close and accessible the beach was. Management was responsive and kind throughout the stay. Book this house, you won’t regret it!

Would Highly Recommend

Stayed with 3 families ages 18 months to 44. Pool and hot tub was excellent, house was clean and location was great. Back yard is fenced in and was quiet. Beach was close and not crowded. Plenty of room and never felt crowded.

First Family vacation with Grandchildren

This was Our First extended Family Vacation. We had 3 families staying with three kids that were under the age of 2, this place was super accommodating to our specific needs. The house was clean and well stocked and in a very family friendly area. The Grandparent stayed in the mother in law suite and loved it.. Very nice accommodations, spacious living area. Well-outfitted kitchen. Convenient to beaches and attractions. Backyard pool area was a work in-progress, but should be in excellent shape for the next renters.

Lovely Stay!

This is a beautiful property! Spacious, well appointed, luxurious, and worry free. It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property management person was helpful and responsive. You cannot go wrong here!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family enjoyed our stay. The house is a quick walk to the beach. The house is exactly how it appears in the pictures. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed cook for a family. The attached apartment was a great bonus with this rental.
