First let me say the inside of the place was very nest and clean but there were many things I wish to pass onto the owner. Inside fridge doesn’t cool very well at all. We notice ice on the inside back wall. I wanted to unplug it for a day but time got away from us and we didn’t get the chance. The couch had a big hole along the fabric of the top of the fabric framing. (Behind the back cushions) and a seam on one of the bottom cushions was tearing apart. Kitchen rug was curling up on the corner and I kept tripping over it. Bathroom grout is starting to show its age. The rest of the house inside was very nice. Outside was not so good. No grass to speak of, dust stuck to the outside of the house so the the back wall of house and the deck and furniture was dirty. Washer/dryer was dirty too, wouldn’t lay folded laundry on it. Deck shower barely worked and the shower curtain was in pieces, some of which was here and there. Both screen doors in the back yard had been torn. The tree in the center of the deck had been cut down but nothing to replace it, just a dead stump. So all in all it was ok, drove a few minutes to beach parking each day, it was sunny, warm, it was Florida in March so we’re happy and tan.
