Yes. Although the gps kept us from getting there the owner helped us right out. We were able to reach out and he was wonderful. The second we walked in the door my husband wanted to buy the property.
Little pool enjoyment. Water and pool were very clean.

We had a great stay at this property. The yard was large and the kids loved the pool. It had everything we needed. We didn’t know there was a train behind the property but it didn’t interrupt our time at the property at all. Very comfortable and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

Good location to get to places nearby!

We had a nice time visiting our son who goes to college in the area and enjoyed visiting. Good location to get to multiple areas quickly. The house was perfect for what we needed and the nice backyard and pool were a bonus!

Nice cottage

The cottage was perfect for a family of 5. A lot to do when just relaxing around for the day. Neighborhood seemed a bit iffy but we had zero problems. No bugs or other pests bothered us. We had everything we needed including some coffee and laundry soap. Could use a bit of a deeper clean on the walls and furnishings but not so bad that I would not stay again. Do not go to the local Walmart after dark! Did not have to speak with the management as everything went smoothly.

Daytona Beach Getaway

It's a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. The house is small, but roomy enough for everyone to have the space they need. The backyard is large and has 2 porch swings and a fire pit area. It also has a nice covered pool. We tried to use the pool, but being April it was extremely cold so that didn't quite pan out. There were a couple of things that didn't quite work out. The pull out couch in the room back by the pool is very worn so laying on it to sleep was like laying on bare springs. That unfortunately was a bedroom that we needed for the number of family members we had there. The other issue, in the room with the twin beds, we were trying to find the cord for the white noise machine so moved the night stand and one of the beds by the outlet. We found quite a few used tissues which says the cleaning staff wasn't as thorough as they should have been. The listing does talk about active trains. This really isn't much of an issue. There are frequent trains, but they aren't loud and they move extremely fast and are done. Not something to steer you away from the property! We stayed there for a multi day event at Daytona Beach, it was a 15 minute drive, so it's in the perfect spot. we would recommend this to anyone if you want a quiet place.
