The unit has southern exposure to view Ponce Inlet
Lighthouse, Daytona Pier, and you could spot a rocket launch Kennedy Space Center. One hour from Orlando and Port Canaveral.
Perfectly suited for one family or two or a group of friends!
Sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony access from every room! Located direct oceanfront complex you have access to all the amenities including underground parking for one car and additional parking above, large oceanfront pool, sauna with shower, well equipped gym, BBQ area with tables and grills, and gated beachfront area, beach access one block away!
TVs and cable in each room, Wi-Fi, outdoor seating on balcony, and well equipped kitchen. Just bring your clothes!
This condo has everything you might need only blocks away from restaurants, movies, groceries, drug store, amusement parks, and of course Daytona Speedway is only a 15 minute drive.

Must be 23 to rent. No smoking or candles permitted.

Awesome!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The views were amazing. Very clean & spacious. It was our first experience staying in Daytona Beach.Our only issue was construction on the balcony, which is out of the property managers hands, as it was very noisy & wasnt able to use the balcony while they were working. We made the best out of it anyway. Contacted Dominic did credit us back some due to the inconvenience, which was very nice. Will book this place again next time we visit Daytona Beach!!

The condo is fully equipped with everything you could need for a great vacation. There is underground parking for your safty and it keeps you sheltered from the rain. Thank you for the use of the boogie boards, sand chairs and sand toys! The 12th floor view is breathless. We spent many evenings and early coffee time on the balcony. The bedding is very comfortable and clean. Thank you for the start-up paper products and hand soaps at all of the sinks. We hope to come back another time.

Great location and property. I would consider this the quiet part of Daytona. 2 miles from the pier/boardwalk where the fireworks are shot from. We were able to watch the display from the balcony, which we could see multiple firework shows. Views from the balcony were outstanding being right on the beach! You can hear the waves from the bedroom. Condo is larger in person, pictures don't do it justice. Well stocked and clean! Dominic was quick to respond to my messages. We will for sure be staying here again; party of 7 with 4 adults and 3 kids.

very old building but the condo is very nice, clean and the view was spectacular. just be mine full of the much-needed building construction, even on a high floor you will hear them from early morning 8am to approx. 4pm. you will get used to it after a while if you in the condo doing the day. I'm not a morning person so i could have done without. but overall, I truly enjoyed my stay.
