Just what we needed

Thank you, Jenn - we enjoyed the apartment very much, perfect for our trip to Kettering to visit relatives. Everything was clean & neat, the bed was comfortable, and the apt was stocked with everything we needed. We sat on the balcony and relaxed in the evenings. We never heard sound from neighboring apartments, so it felt very private & cozy. The area is easy to navigate & close to lots of restaurants & other amenities. *The apartment is on the top floor and there are only stairs (not sure if the posting mentioned that). We will definitely stay there again on our next visit!!!

Convenient and All that we needed

Communication to me about the rental was timely, including the code to enter the condo. The property was very clean and as described. My 91 year old grandmother lived close, by so the location near Lincoln Park was perfect!

Great place

Perfect little studio apartment for 1 or 2 people. It has everything we needed. We were in town for WGI indoor percussion championship at University of Dayton. It's only 15 minutes away from the arena, which was perfect. We would have spent twice as much on a hotel and not have the convenience of a kitchen.

Great value!

This studio apartment was immaculate and stocked with everything necessary for a perfect stay. I didn't use the washer and dryer but it was nice to know that I could if needed. The bed was SO comfortable that I slept like a baby. The shower head great pressure and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen had all of the appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and glasses one would need to cook and eat well. Although the location is within five minutes of lots of restaurant and fast food choices. All in all, I very much enjoyed my stay - plus it was only five minutes from my grandkids. I highly recommend Jenn as a an outstanding host and this property as a true gem. I will certainly stay here again!

Great place!

This place was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. It was close to everything and very convenient location. The place was updated and very nice. Will definitely stay again. Jenn was very easy to communicate with too.

Nice

It's a nice place, couldn't hear traffic, safe area. Only thing that I disliked about this is that we were able to check in earlier but could not check out later because we weren't aware that another guest had booked it. I understand check out is at 11 am but given the fact that were able to check in earlier made it seem that we'd be okay to check out later. We had to leave very abruptly which made my partners leaving very difficult. If we had known there'd be another guest coming we would have prepared. The place is very basic and kind of boring style wise. The bed isn't the best but for the area it's pretty nice. The coffee shop across the street is worth checking out.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was so comfortable and cozy. Jenn made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were both so easy. Kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils to make it easy for making all meals. We would definitely stay here again if in the Dayton area.
